About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Lawyer to join our client, a forward-thinking Local Authority in Merseyside, as part of their Regeneration, Planning and Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled solicitor, barrister, or chartered legal executive to join a busy but friendly in-house legal team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a wide range of commercial property matters, including purchase and sales, landlord and tenant issues, and regeneration projects.
  • Provide robust legal advice to internal and external stakeholders, working closely with key teams to deliver complex projects.

Requirements
