Homemaker and Companion

We are looking for a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Homemaker and Companion at Edwalton Manor. As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with residents to understand their needs and provide person-centred care that makes a real difference in their lives.

Your primary focus will be on delivering tailored care plans that meet the unique requirements of each resident. You will also contribute to maintaining a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring that our residents feel safe and supported at all times.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in care, preferably with experience as a senior healthcare assistant or Homemaker Lead. Training qualifications and NVQ Level 3 would be beneficial.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £40,000 per annum, together with a range of benefits including:
