Job Title: Kitchen Sales Designer

We are seeking a creative and experienced Kitchen Designer to join our team. As a result of our on-going success and expansion plans, this role offers an attractive salary and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing kitchens for our customers, ensuring attention to detail and a passion for delivering inspirational designs.
  • Developing excellent business relationships with customers, understanding their requirements and turning them into bespoke designs.
  • Driving sales and maximising opportunities, including cross-selling and add-ons, to achieve outstanding results.
  • Conducting onsite kitchen surveys, creating and submitting quotes to customers, and staying up-to-date with new interior and design trends.
About You:
  • You should be customer-focused, with a creative mind and an eye for detail, and have experience in kitchen design using a CAD package.
  • Personable with a passion for service and exceptional design skills, able to work to deadlines and possess great problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a full driving licence and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
