About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Practicus. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering multiple projects and business change initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to identify, manage, and deliver projects on time, in budget, and to scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver multiple projects and business change initiatives
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify, manage, and deliver projects on time, in budget, and to scope
  • Manage project resources, including budget and personnel
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Project Management role, with expertise in Systems, IT, and/or Finance projects
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of all stages of the project life cycle, including development of business cases and mobilization of projects
  • Proven track record in successfully delivering projects
  • Ability to deliver multiple projects running concurrently
  • Demonstrate a flexible approach to work
  • Making sound and good decisions, understanding the right level of risk and influencing others
