As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for qualifying and speaking to UK-based clients to obtain protection policies, including life cover, critical illness, income protection, key person, and/or property financing.
Key Responsibilities- Qualify and speak to UK-based clients to obtain protection policies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their protection needs are met
- Work closely with our marketing and administration teams to support business growth and development
- Meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- A competitive commission structure and performance incentives
- Marketing, administration, and compliance support
- Defined career progression into management, with industry-leading training and further global opportunities
- Uncapped earning potential
- At least 12 months' experience selling insurance and protection products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Professional R05 insurance exam qualification (or willingness to study for it)
