Principal Mechanical Engineer

Our client, a leading company in the motors and generators market, is seeking a highly skilled Principal Mechanical Engineer to join their design team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative products that meet customer needs and expectations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will be responsible for creating detailed designs, prototypes, and production-ready products, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.
About the role:
- Design and develop new products from concept to launch
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to the development of innovation strategies and product roadmaps
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design and development
- Strong knowledge of CAD software and design principles
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
