Special Education Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Assistant to support our inclusive learning programs at beBee Professionals in Colchester. This role involves working closely with SEN students to facilitate their educational and personal growth in a supportive learning environment.
Job Description:- Assist SEN students in classroom activities under the direction of the lead teacher, providing individualized support to ensure they achieve their full potential.
- Implementing individualized education plans and monitoring progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of our students.
- Supporting students with special needs, promoting social and emotional well-being, and fostering a positive attitude towards learning.
- A minimum Associate's degree in Special Education or a relevant certification, with prior experience working with children with special needs.
- Strong understanding of the challenges faced by SEN students, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies to address these challenges.
- An estimated salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a competitive benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
