Supportive Caregiver

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Supportive Caregiver to join our team at Hunts Recruitment. As a key member of our Residential Children's Support Team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people with additional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for young people, promoting their emotional and physical well-being.
- To develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services.
- To identify and address any concerns or issues affecting the well-being of young people, escalating these to senior staff as necessary.
Requirements:
- Experience of working with children and young people with additional needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing circumstances.
- Knowledge of child protection policies and procedures.
