In this role, you will be the driving force behind delivering an exceptional customer experience across Natterbox Limited's entire customer journey. You will be part of a highly established Customer Success Team and collaborate with various stakeholders to drive positive change, ensuring the company delivers a world-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. You will act as the voice of the customer across key company projects, guaranteeing that all business decisions are made with the customer in mind.
  2. Your primary goal will be to define and iteratively deliver Natterbox Limited's ideal customer journey.
  3. You will work cross-functionally across multiple departments to drive change within the company.
  4. Closely collaborate with the Executive Team to deliver the 2024 Global Customer Advisory Board Programme.
  5. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to deliver the Customer Communications Programme.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  1. You are a personable and conscientious individual with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  2. A natural relationship builder, you can network internally and externally to drive change within the business.
  3. You have at least 4 years of experience in a similar customer-focused role.
  4. Experience with Salesforce or a Customer Success Tool is a bonus but not essential; training will be provided in necessary areas.
