About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tesco Colleague to join our team at Sharrow Express. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store with a positive experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of store standards.
  • Be knowledgeable about our products and services, making recommendations to customers and promoting our offers.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the store, including receiving deliveries and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events, enhancing the customer experience and promoting our brand.
