About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Mortgage Support Assistant. As a key member of our property sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth completion of mortgage applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including mortgage advisors and client services teams, as well as external relationships with lenders, solicitors, and estate agents.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, both written and verbal, to ensure a speedy and accurate process for buyers.
  • Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and clients to progress mortgage applications efficiently and timely.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy when inputting data.
Requirements
  • Experience within customer-facing roles.
  • Property industry experience or knowledge.
  • Confidence in phone communications.
  • Ability to work to time deadlines and manage a busy workload.
