About the Role:

  2. Deliver clinical guidance to the team, promoting high standards of care.
  3. Build lasting relationships with residents and their families.
  4. Liaise with local partners to raise the care home's profile.

Requirements:

  1. Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
  2. Passionate about caring for the elderly.
  3. Effective communicator and team player.
  4. Ready to use clinical experience to lead and mentor a team.
