Job Overview

Betfred is seeking a skilled Property Portfolio Manager to oversee the asset management of a large portfolio of commercial and residential properties across the UK. The successful candidate will work within the Done Family Office, Property team, to ensure the efficient management of properties, maintenance of tenancies, and compliance with UK law.

Key Responsibilities

Tenant liaison and maintenance management

Tenancy data management and documentation

Liaison with property finance for billing and rent collection

Debt chasing and query resolution

Property Inspections

Conducting property inspections (80% North West, 20% Nationwide)

Creating property condition reports

Property & Service Charge Management

Managing residential and commercial properties, including common areas

Maintaining maintenance expenditure within budget guidelines

Instructing letting agents to market vacant properties

Health & Safety

Ensuring gas and electrical testing and certification

Ensuring compliance with UK law

Utility Administration

Authorizing vacant utility costs

Assisting with utility contract tendering

Maintenance / Project Work

Managing maintenance enquiries from tenants and internal companies

Liaising with suppliers and organizing quotations for repair works

Requirements

Team player with good communication skills

High attention to detail and strong work ethic

Good IT skills

Clean UK driving licence
