Facilities Operations Director

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Operations Director to join our team at HVAC Recruitment. The role will involve managing reactive maintenance across 219 buildings, spread out across various sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting these sites on a mobile basis, working from home when necessary. This contract is a 5+3+2 contract, offering a great balance between work and personal life.

Our client looks after high-profile clients across different Government, Healthcare, and Not-for-Profit facilities around the UK. The salary for this role is up to £65,000 (dependent on experience), and benefits include 25 days' holiday, car allowance or vehicle, healthcare & life insurance, and work from home option.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reactive maintenance across 219 buildings
  • Support sites on a mobile basis
  • Work from home when necessary
