Job Overview

Brio Digital is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure cloud environments, integrating security practices into CI/CD pipelines, and conducting thorough threat modeling and risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cloud Security Architecture: Design and implement secure AWS environments with a focus on scalability and resilience.
  • DevSecOps Integration: Integrate security practices into CI/CD pipelines to ensure security is embedded from development through to production.
  • Threat Modeling and Risk Assessment: Conduct detailed threat modeling, security risk assessments, and vulnerability management to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
  • Incident Response: Lead incident response planning and forensic investigations for security incidents.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with DevOps, engineering, and security teams to design and implement security controls.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and guide teams on best practices for cloud security, DevSecOps, and emerging threats.

Requirements:

  • Cloud Security Expertise: Extensive experience in designing and securing AWS cloud architectures, including IAM, VPC, EC2, Lambda, and container security.
  • DevSecOps Knowledge: Deep knowledge of DevSecOps tools and processes, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes, and automated security testing.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading complex security projects and ensuring compliance with security frameworks, such as SOC 2 and PCI DSS.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive security initiatives.
