About the Job: As a Shift Leader at Tesco Partners, you will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. You will work closely with store management to ensure that our stores are always well-stocked, clean, and efficient.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • To take ownership of running duty shifts and lead a team of colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • To provide coaching and feedback to colleagues to help them develop their skills and achieve their full potential.
  • To identify opportunities to improve service and implement changes to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • To maintain a deep understanding of store performance and work with store management to implement actions to improve efficiency.
