We are currently looking for a skilled ESOL Educator to join our team and work in one of our client schools supporting students to develop their English language skills.
This role involves planning and teaching agreed ESOL programs to students who need support with developing their English language skills. As an ESOL Educator, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality ESOL lessons to students of varying skill levels.
- Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve overall educational outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school administrators.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, TESOL, Linguistics, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Valid teaching certification/license (TESOL endorsement desirable).
- Previous experience working with English language learners, preferably in a multicultural or international setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
