Job Title: Advertising Sales Team Lead, CEE

Taboola is seeking an experienced Advertising Sales Team Lead to join our Central & Eastern European team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business sales, managing a sales pipeline, and leading a team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, recruiting, training, and motivating team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, accurately forecasting new business closure rates and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance processes, identify new lead sources, and manage both inbound and outbound lead generation efforts.
  • Provide field intelligence to product management regarding feature development and client needs.
  • Manage presentations, build relationships, and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Work closely with the account management team to manage client expectations and ensure successful campaign execution.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a digital media company.
  • Proven track record of outstanding sales achievements and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to collect business intelligence and identify trends in data.
  • Excellent written and conversational skills, with the ability to communicate in English.
  • Strong technological skills and ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
