About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working weekends. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients with personal care, including washing, bathing, and toileting.
  • Administer medication in a safe and appropriate manner.
  • Prepare meals for clients as needed.
  • Provide support with shopping and light domestic tasks.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Participate in mandatory training and updates to ensure the highest standards of care.
Requirements
  • Be honest, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • Have good listening and communication skills.
  • Be empathetic and understanding of clients' needs.
  • Be physically fit and in good health.
  • Be willing to work in a diverse and multicultural environment.
