Job Description:

At Carewise Ltd., we provide high-quality care services to individuals in their own homes. Our goal is to promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for our clients. As a Companion Care Worker, you will play a vital role in achieving this goal.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
  • Supporting clients in accessing local amenities, services, and community events.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals and other caregivers to ensure comprehensive care plans.
  • Working alternate weekends, full-time or part-time, depending on client needs.
Key Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must hold a current Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check and have a full driver's license with a car. While some care-based experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.

Benefits:

Around £24,000 - £30,000 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and 52 weeks of employment.
