Nuffield Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fitness and Wellbeing Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our fitness and wellbeing programs.
About the Role
Lead and manage a team of fitness professionals to deliver high-quality programs and services to our members.
Develop and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Oversee the management of our fitness studios, swim school, and junior program, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
Design and deliver fitness programs that meet the needs of our diverse membership base, including group classes, personal training, and specialized programs.
Collaborate with the General Manager to set and achieve business objectives, ensuring alignment with Nuffield Health's overall strategy.
Continuously evaluate and improve site standards, team performance, and customer satisfaction, making data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
