About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a sales team and developing strategies to increase sales within the South East territory.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Selling window products to customers in London, Surrey, Kent, and surrounding areas
  • Building relationships with architects, specifiers, main contractors, and other clients associated with PVC-U products

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Knowledge of the construction market in the South East region
  • A network of contacts in the industry
  • Experience in the fenestration industry or a related field
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is £65,000 per annum, plus a car allowance of £663 per month and a bonus scheme that offers up to 50% of annual salary. Other benefits include private medical insurance, health cash plan, and access to an enhanced pension scheme.
