This is a key role to drive the growth of our AI Portfolio for the global delivery of our products. As a seasoned professional with extensive experience of the learning and development industry, you will provide visible leadership for our portfolio of AI learning solutions.

You will be responsible for defining, communicating, and implementing the AI Portfolio Strategy and Vision. Your expertise as a recognised expert in the AI industry will help you define innovative learning product requirements, solution overviews, and investment cases to enable new AI learning products to be taken to market and enhance existing products.

Your strong stakeholder management skills, including C-suite and external business leaders, will ensure that our AI Portfolio offerings are championed effectively. You will also contribute to sales and pre-sales activities, such as meetings, solution development, bids, presentations, procurement frameworks, and technical case studies.

As our AI Portfolio Strategy and Vision Leader, you will be the go-to evangelist for our AI Portfolio offerings and champion our Group brand at industry events, public speaking, and involvement in external forums, round tables, blogs, etc.

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in the learning and development industry, is a recognised expert in the AI industry, and possesses strong stakeholder management skills. They should have clear and concise communication skills, able to communicate very technical ideas to people without an AI background.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, 27 days holiday each year, a holiday buying scheme, private medical insurance, Gympass, Employee Assistance Programme, 3 training days, and 2 days per year charity leave.
