About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic employment lawyer to join our small and supportive team in Watford. As an employment associate, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, including employee relations issues, discrimination, employment contracts, and TUPE.

About the Team

You will be part of a close-knit and friendly team of two partners, one solicitor, and a trainee. The team is responsible for advising clients on employment law matters, including defending complex employment tribunals.

About the Work

You will have the opportunity to work on a range of cases, including:

  • Advising clients on employee relations issues
  • Defending complex employment tribunals
  • Working on TUPE transfers
  • Advising on employment contracts
  • Discrimination cases
