We are seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapy Lead to join our team in the Surrey area. The successful candidate will lead a highly experienced Therapy Team, providing support to Children between the ages of 7-19 with a range of conditions including high functioning Autism. This is a Full-time opportunity, with flexibility on hours available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of highly skilled clinicians.
  • Conduct initial assessments of both new and existing students to determine the scope and nature of their Speech and Language Therapy needs.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of therapy sessions, case notes, and student progress, and provide regular progress reports.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and other professionals, to ensure holistic support for each student's needs.
  • Assist with the analysis and reporting of data for research, audits, and statistical purposes.
  • Work independently, managing your own workload while contributing to the overall success of the therapy team.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Equivalent Qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
  • HCPC Registration
  • Experience working with Children and Younger People
  • Previous Management/Leadership experience
