About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Disability Support Worker to join our team at Hightown Housing Association. As a Learning Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering our service users to lead the life they want. You will support them to engage in various activities, such as going for walks, day trips, and participating in arts and crafts, cooking, or a Friday night disco.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide personal care and support with eating and drinking
* Support service users to engage in activities and outings
* Work collaboratively with a supportive team to provide high-quality care and support
* Maintain accurate records and reports as required
