Job Title: Videographer/Photography ManagerWe're seeking a highly skilled Videographer/Photography Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Creative department, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that showcases our brands, products, and story.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, film, and edit photos and videos for various purposes, including marketing campaigns, product launches, event coverage, and educational content.
- Develop and implement a visual strategy that elevates our brands and resonates with our audience.
- Collaborate with our Design, Marketing, and Technical teams to produce innovative and captivating content.
- Manage and maintain organized records of all photo and video footage captured and edited.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest photography and videography practices, techniques, and technology.
- Operate and maintain modern and traditional technical equipment, ensuring it's well-maintained and up-to-date.
- Manage photography and videography projects from conception to completion.
- Strong creative vision and ability to interpret a brief in line with the Creative Director's vision.
- Excellent post-production skills, including editing, special effects, and graphics.
- Proven experience in managing a studio and leading a team.
- Ability to work on location and travel as required.
- Strong project management, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven success in project management from conception to completion.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Driven and able to balance multiple projects under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent computer literacy and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
