Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Process Architect to join our Business Process Management team. In this role, you will be instrumental in upholding the standards, methods, and governance processes that are crucial to significantly reducing operational risk and enhancing organizational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining a robust process repository, managing the content and quality of the corporate Process Library, and supporting the Business Process Management strategy, policies, and guiding principles.

Main Responsibilities
  • Developing, communicating, and implementing methods and governance procedures for Process Modelling.
  • Maintaining the organisation's Master Process List and supporting ongoing governance.
  • Managing the content and quality of the corporate Process Library, acting as a liaison between Process Owners, Projects, Programmes, and the Business Process Management team.
  • Supporting the Business Process Management strategy, policies, and guiding principles by analysing external trends and business issues; develop and maintain corporate standards, methods, and tools for Process Modelling.
  • Assisting in the roll-out of Business Process Management solutions, ensuring process content integration across projects.
  • Providing subject matter expertise and training on Process Modelling to Business Analysts and other users; performing QA reviews against Business Process Management standards and advising on process improvements.
  • Supporting continuous process improvement and evolution in line with project and strategic objectives, utilizing process metrics and KPIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A strong background in Process Modelling and Business Process Analysis.
  • Familiarity with recognized tools and techniques such as Visio/Blueworks/ARIS, and BPMN/EPC.
  • Extensive experience of business process analysis and modelling.
  • Business process reengineering demonstrating and understanding the drivers for process improvement, and use standard techniques such as Lean, SixSigma to redesign the process.
  • Use of process metrics to drive process improvement and reduce risk.
  • Experience of investment operations including collateral, securities lending, and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of IT software and infrastructure.
