We are currently recruiting for a Process Operator to join our team at Essity's Prudhoe Paper Mill. As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for operating a toilet tissue line, ensuring safe running of the machine and achieving high-quality products.

About the Company

Essity is a leading global manufacturer of consumer goods, with a strong presence in the UK market. Our Prudhoe manufacturing site houses two paper machines, seven converting lines, and a recycling plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize output by following correct specifications, material, and machine set-ups.
  • Work to site quality standards, ensuring all on-line quality checks are done with integrity and in a timely manner.
  • Manage the production schedule via on-site systems and coordinate size change and change over activities.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive starting salary of £38,000 per annum, along with a range of benefits including pension, bonus earning potential, medical insurance, and car salary sacrifice scheme.
