Overview

Mitie is a leading facilities management company seeking an experienced and proactive Control Shift Manager to join our National Operations Centre in Northampton.

Salary and Benefits

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a team of staff across both day and night shifts, ensuring consistent performance and high morale. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the booking of over 100 shifts per month, ensuring all shifts are adequately staffed to meet client needs.
  • Overseeing operational processes and maintaining high standards across all aspects of the role.
  • Providing clear and professional communication with team members, senior management, and clients.
  • Fostering a positive team environment and engaging with staff to maintain high morale.
