About the Role

DMR Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Audiologist to join their successful and dynamic audiology team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking comprehensive clinical histories from patients or their carers, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Clinical interviews to assess hearing and communication requirements, utilizing skills and knowledge to develop personalized care plans.
  • Conducting full otoscopy examinations, providing accurate diagnoses, and implementing effective treatment strategies.
  • Audiometric testing, including pure-tone air and bone conduction thresholds, masking, and assessment of current activity restrictions using the Glasgow Hearing Aid Benefit Profile (GHABP).
  • Monitoring loudness discomfort levels, ensuring optimal patient comfort and well-being.
