Job Title: Inspection Manager

Gi Group Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Inspection Manager to join their team in Coventry. As an Inspection Manager, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the inspection areas and activities throughout the company, ensuring all company targets are met and quality procedures are to customer's specification and satisfaction.

The Role:
  1. Manage the inspection and quality department and areas throughout the company
  2. Allocate jobs to the team and configure targets
  3. Provide ongoing support for technical and quality issues including resolution
  4. Complete non-conformance reports
  5. Maintain the calibration systems and raise any issues to the Senior Quality Manager
  6. Ensure that the budget of the whole supply chain works efficiently
  7. Ensure all company targets are met
  8. Meet customer specifications and satisfaction
  9. Manage budget control & supply chain
  10. Manage purchase orders
  11. Work flexibly to support the business when needed
  12. Ensure H&S rules and regulations are adhered to at all times
  13. Ensure all components are clearly identified at all times with the use of a Route Card
  14. Manage CMM programs and calibration of equipment
  15. Take a proactive role in operational HSE
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and inspection, with experience in managing teams and budgets. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
