We are seeking a motivated and friendly Winter Hospitality Ambassador to join our team at The Spitfire in West Malling, King's Hill. As a Seasonal Christmas Restaurant Team Member, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Your Responsibilities

As a Winter Hospitality Ambassador, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing a warm welcome and delivering great service to customers.
  2. Working efficiently and effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless delivery of hospitality services.

Please note that work may include shifts on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day, so flexibility is essential.

Requirements

To be successful as a Winter Hospitality Ambassador, you should possess certain qualities:

  • No previous experience is necessary, as long as you have a people-person attitude and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • You should be able to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude during peak periods.
