Job Description

This key role involves maintaining the integrity of cutting-edge electrical systems, ensuring compliance with company and statutory requirements, and troubleshooting breakdowns. You will oversee maintenance and inspection systems across plant and equipment locations, keeping COMAH Top Tier storage terminals and pipeline systems running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance Master: Meet 98% plant availability targets across COMAH Top and Lower Tier storage terminals and pipelines.
  • 24/7 Troubleshooter: Join our out-of-hours call-out roster, tackling troubleshooting and corrective maintenance.
  • Operational Support: Provide support from procurement of spare parts to critical equipment availability.
  • Team Player: Support colleagues, supervise contractors, enforce safe systems of work, and participate in company committees and working groups.
Requirements

We require a recognised professional qualification in an electrical discipline (NVQ level 3 or equivalent), hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, fault finding, and supervisory roles within an industrial environment. Good communication skills and proficiency in English are also essential.

What We Offer

Basic Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience. Overtime paid at time and a half (x1.5) and double time (x2). Company van provided. Private medical cover, generous pension scheme, life insurance, annual bonus, and holiday entitlement available.

Average On-Target Earnings: £45,000 per annum. Estimated salary range £40,000 - £47,000 per annum, based on location and job description.
