Job Title: Data Governance Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Consultant to join our team at Valcon. As a Data Governance Consultant, you will be responsible for advising clients on options for suitable approaches to Data Governance to underpin client business goals and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Data Governance strategies and frameworks for clients
  • Conduct Data Governance maturity assessments and health checks
  • Design and implement Data Quality frameworks and solutions
  • Support clients in defining and implementing Data Governance policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in data consulting with a focus on Data Governance
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for Data Governance, including GDPR, DPA, and PECR
  • Proven experience of delivering practical approaches to Data Governance
  • Knowledge and experience of Data Governance suites from vendors such as Informatica, Collibra, and Alation
