Job Title: Deputy Care Manager

B&M Care, a leading provider of residential and specialist dementia care, is seeking a dedicated Deputy Care Manager to join our team at St Anns Care Home in Kettering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Home Manager in efficiently running the home and supervising staff.
  • Work in a direct care capacity on a day-to-day basis and report directly to the Home Manager.
  • Assume managerial duties in the absence of the Manager and ensure the home operates to high standards.
  • Contribute to maintaining adequate staffing levels and the correct staff mix.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Hold at least an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience in dementia care is essential.
