About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist to fill the role of 3rd Shift Staff Pharmacist. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch patient care and providing expert advice to our customers.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Drive pharmacy strategy through expert care and advice
  • Take ownership of legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy
  • Build pharmacy capability of store teams
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure customer and patient safety
  • Deliver a range of professional pharmacy services

Essential Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need to possess a professional, caring character and a genuine desire to make a positive impact. Additionally, you will:

  • Hold registration with relevant pharmacy regulators (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
  • Demonstrate high levels of professional expertise and be widely respected
  • Be passionate about community pharmacy and delivering excellent care
  • Collaborate effectively with a team-centered approach
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and national/local services
  • Communicate effectively with customers and patients

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
