Dedicated Female Mental Health Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Female Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Gray Healthcare Ltd.
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to provide 1:1 support to a young lady with Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder and PTSD in her own home. The successful candidate will work closely with a female team on day shifts, implementing detailed care plans and risk assessments to ensure the individual's safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized support plans tailored to the individual's needs
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to promote mental wellbeing
- Assist with daily activities such as household cleaning routines and suggesting engaging activities
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain accurate records of care activities and progress
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Social care experience, ideally within mental health and Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder
- A full UK driving license (essential)
- Experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A calm and patient demeanor
