Job Summary:

Bmw Vogel is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven BMW Sales Representative to join our team at our state-of-the-art facility. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for new and used vehicles, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized sales experiences.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest BMW models, features, and technologies to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across the sales, service, and finance departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue, while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
  • Sales Experience: Proven sales experience in the automotive industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of BMW products and services, with the ability to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
  • Teamwork: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing sales targets, customer needs, and business objectives in a dynamic and competitive market.
