Strategic Human Resources Leader for ROSWEALTH

ROSWEALTH ORGANIZATION, a private wealth family trust in the heart of Mayfair, London, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Director to oversee HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing performance management strategies, managing an HR team of six members, and supporting the growth of the company's subsidiary offices worldwide. This is a full-time on-site role that requires strong interpersonal skills, ability to handle confidential information, and critical thinking abilities.

Salary: £96,000 per annum (net), paid monthly at £8,000 (net). A contract for an indefinite period is offered, providing stability and security.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in Human Resources and employee relations
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field, with relevant certifications

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures
  2. Manage employee relations, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  3. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  4. Support the growth and development of the company's subsidiary offices
  5. Lead and manage a team of HR professionals
