About the Opportunity

Fashion Retail Academy seeks a highly motivated and experienced educator to lead our Level 4 Fashion Buying course. As Group Lead, you will be responsible for delivering innovative teaching methods, combining theoretical knowledge with practical skills to drive exceptional student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Lead by example, setting high standards and promoting a culture of excellence within the team
  • Mentor and support students in achieving their full potential
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in Fashion Buying

About You

  • Teaching qualification or willingness to pursue one upon appointment (ideal but not essential)
  • Proven experience in teaching or strong industry experience in Fashion Buying
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students and colleagues
  • Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives
