Eating Disorder Unit Manager

We are seeking an experienced Eating Disorder Unit Manager to join our team in Bristol. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing ward-level teams and a deep understanding of eating disorders.
As an Eating Disorder Unit Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the unit, including staff supervision, patient care, and service development. You will work closely with our Deputy Hospital Director to achieve excellent patient outcomes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of healthcare professionals
- Ensure high-quality patient care and treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and reports
