About the Role:

As an Escalator Service Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance, repairs, and call-outs on escalators and moving walkways from various manufacturers. You will ensure high standards of service delivery, safety, and customer care. You will also participate in our on-call rota, receiving additional standby and call-out payments on top of a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct maintenance, repairs, and call-outs on escalators and moving walkways
  • Ensure high standards of service delivery, safety, and customer care
  • Perform effective risk assessments and maintain site log cards during every visit
  • Participate in our on-call rota and receive additional standby and call-out payments
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Escalator Engineering or equivalent
  • Proven experience working on escalators and moving walkways
  • Valid UK driving license
