About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EWP Designer to join our team at ARV Solutions Contracts. As an EWP Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating floor and roof designs using internal design software for both masonry and timber frame construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create floor and roof designs using internal design software
  • Work to time schedules set by the design team leader
  • Create construction details to the guidance of the engineering team and/or the design team leader
  • Handle telephone enquiries from distributors, customers, architects, and specifiers
Requirements
  • Experience of I-joist or roof truss design
  • CAD or industry software (MiTek Pamir, Steico, etc.)
  • Good understanding of general construction
