About The Role

  • This is an exciting opportunity to build a career with a leading provider in the gas and electric metering market.
  • As a Smart Meter Engineer, you will be responsible for responding to emergency and maintenance jobs, as well as installing and removing smart meters in domestic properties.
  • You will work closely with customers to ensure timely job completion and educate them on the benefits and safe usage of their smart meters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to emergency and maintenance jobs.
  • Install and remove smart meters in domestic properties.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure timely job completion.
  • Educate customers on smart meter benefits and safe usage.

Requirements

">
  • CNN1/CMA1/CMA3 with MET1 or NVQ Level 2 Smart Metering Dual Fuel certification.
  • Experience installing gas and electric smart meters.
  • MOCOPA experience to multi-rate level (3-phase beneficial).
  • Ideal registration on the EUSR portal.
  • Effective customer service skills.
  • Full, current manual driving licence with up to 6 points.
