We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable adults to live safe and supported lives in their own homes. You will be responsible for following individual care plans and assisting with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework. You will also support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence. Our mobile care app will help reduce paperwork and enable you to deliver high-quality care. Every day will be different, and you will be supported by a close-knit care team and accessible managers.
What We Offer
As a Care Assistant with City & County Healthcare Group, you will have access to a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, death in service payment, pension scheme, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, cycle-to-work scheme, and support to develop your career with access to further qualifications and courses. You will also have the opportunity to work with a close-knit team and make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
Requirements
We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, caring, and able to work as part of a team. You do not need any social care experience to apply for this role, but you will need to be resilient and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a difference in the lives of others, we would love to hear from you.
