Responsibilities and Requirements
As a Leisure Centre Duty Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing membership sales processes and promoting activity schemes
- Conducting cash reconciliations and maintaining facility security
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety policies and supervising the leisure team
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve operational excellence
- Possessing a first aid qualification, National Pool Lifeguard qualification, or willingness to obtain within a reasonable period
- Having experience working within the leisure industry and experience of staff supervision and teamwork
