Conveyancing Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Administrator to join our team at Pertemps Bond. As a Conveyancing Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our residential property team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaising with agents and clients to provide updates and chase outstanding tasks.
* Opening and closing files, ensuring the correct documentation is provided.
* Preparing client care documentation and ordering searches.
* Scanning and filing documents onto the system.
* Dealing with post completion matters.
Requirements:
* 2 years' experience within administration.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
* Experienced with audio typing (preferably legal).
* Great customer service skills and experience handling customer enquiries.
* A residential conveyancing background would be ideal but not essential.
