Key Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient conditions, identifying and responding to any changes or concerns
- Conduct thorough assessments, including taking medical histories, performing physical examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests as necessary
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including referrals to specialists and other services as needed

Person Specification
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Staff Nurse who possesses the following qualifications and attributes:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Relevant nursing qualifications and experience, including a minimum of 6 months paid experience in an A&E hospital environment within the last 3 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Strong assessment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
