About the Job

We're looking for someone with a strong background in quarry or coating plant operations, preferably with experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance programs. Proficiency in IT systems, particularly SAP, is also highly desirable. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for motivating and developing your colleagues, driving productivity, and managing costs.

We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $170,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including a bonus structure and opportunities for professional development and growth.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Ensure compliance with all company and statutory Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, promoting best practices across the team.
  • Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction by providing top-tier service for both collections and deliveries.
  • Oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of all assets to maximize productivity and manage costs.
